Flippy flips at his very own surprise party, but not in a good way. Disco Bear is too big to boogie-oogie-oogie and heads to the gym instead. Falsely accused criminals Mole and Handy are chased down by Sheriff Lumpy. Dogcatcher Lumpy gets caught in a pack of dogs-gone-crazy. Warning: Concrete and sugar do not mix well for Nutty.
